10 things I like about being @ college

I got here a few days ago. It's a pretty cool place. I just wanted to tell you 10 things I like.

1.) Freedom... Not really I did pretty much whatever I wanted at home.
2.) My room... It's pretty pimpin'
3.) Doing stuff all the time.
4.) No classes... until thursday :(
5.) Cute girls
6.) Just hanging
7.) Going wherever
8.) The delicious grapes I'm eating now.
9.) My RA (Resident Advisor I think) He's a cool guy
10.) Being alive (it's pretty fun you know)

10 things I did today!

I'm dropping the day thing. I've gotten sick of it. Sorry if you liked it. I'll warn you at big posts like 200 or whatever :D.

1.) Drank soda. I was at my friends' house and I drank 5 cokes and 2 pepsis while playing risk.
2.) Played risk. I came in third out of four: not that bad.
3.) Ate food. DUH!
4.) Watched "Royal Pains" from this week
5.) Slept: until like 10:30am
6.) Posted a youbtube video. I started a new show today with my friend, Ethan and my brother, Mark. check it out here ...
7.) Watched family guy. Love that show!
8.) Played halo. I played with my friend, Erik. It was super-fun!
9.) Drove my car. I had to get places somehow.
10.) Talked. I tend to do that.

1.) I have to be here so it's a good place to have fun!

7.) I'm a senior so next year I won't be here.

CANADA!

9.) There are animals in Canada.
10.) cigarettes are too expensive there so less people smoke :D

Day CIX: 20 things I don't want for my birthday!

I was going to do a list of things I wanted but I thought this would be funnier...



1.) Wet hay - This is not only useless but also gross.
2.) A dead panther - Panthers should be free and if one of them died naturally I wouldn't want it.
3.) A sponge from your kitchen - do you know how many germs those things carry eww...
4.) 6 more weeks of winter - I command you to not look at your shadows today groundhogs
5.) Less sleep - I already get little enough as it is.
6.) to be dead - not yet
7.) a kitten - I would be tempted to take care of it and I don't like cats
8.) A germ-ex bath - this would hurt
9.) Spankings - anyone that tries this will be sent immediately back to jail without passing Go
10.) More disease - I have this horrible sinus infection I don't want anything else
11.) A picture of me - I'm not that vain!
12.) A book about Mongolia - sorry Mongolia I didn't mean to hurt you
13.) Paint - My walls are yellow and red and I like it
14.) a chainsaw - what on earth would I do with that? (unless there was a barbie attached)
15.) A melted hot glue stick - not very much use there
16.) A box of dog food - I don't have a dog and I'm sure I'm not eating it

18.) Bribes - well maybe...
19.) A wish - I don't want to wish for anything just give me something awesome or cash
20.) A billion dollars - I only want 999,999,999 I'm not that selfish

Day CVIII: 9 red things that heat up stuff

It's feb 9th and that's the number that inspired this list !



1.) Electric stoves - Duh
2.) Hot metal - I suppose it would be green if it was copper but I'm red green colorblind so whatever and it would be red if it was iron...
3.) Red microwave ovens - We often forget that style can come to a microwave near you!
4.) Endless crowds of angry people - I just referenced one of my fav songs of all time "Harold the Barrel" by Genesis :D
5.) Fire!
6.) A very broken computer - with battery explosion issues
7.) A space heater - of the electric type
8.) A red pan - you know those pans with cooking things built into the bottom.. You don't? Well it made the list anyway so tough!
9.) A red crock pot - MMM delicious stews and chilis :D

2.) I love to play maphia wars and dope wars on facebook :D

4.) I want to learn to be fluent in spanish

6.) I always sleep with a fan on.

8.) I want to have a family when I'm older.
9.) Being rich would be cool but I think I'd rather be famous.

Day XCVIII: 5 things I'm craving right now

These are 5 things I'm craving... I'm like wicked hungry



1.) Cheez-Its - yes that's how you spell it I have a box that I'm about to indulge in
2.) Chicken and Sausage Creme Rosa from a restaurant that I really like - It's chicken and sausage and penne pasta in a creme rosa sauce.
3.) Chocolate cake - moist and delicious
4.) Pecan pie - we have some downstairs but I don't want sugar this late at night
5.) Steak - Applebee's would be good :D

Day XCVI: 5 things that I'm using my time to get better at

Hooray things I want to be better at/ am trying to get better at.



1.) Guitar hero - or guitar games in general - guitar hero, rockband, whatever
2.) DDR - Dance dance revolution for you noobs out there. I <3 this game. One of my goals for 2009 is to beat all the songs on expert except for the last one. I've only got three or four beaten right now I'm mostly on difficult. So, wish me good luck.
3.) Maphia wars - This facebook/myspace game sort of takes over my life. I want to be level 99, right now I'm 34.
4.) French - I'd love to devote more time to doing french rosetta stone. We'll see what happens.
5.) Identifying/ randomly singing songs - This is part of the reason I listen to pop music. I want to randomly sing a song and have people be easily able to identify it :D and or recognize songs on the radio easily. I have a "zune pass" which is like rhapsody or any other subscriptioned music service only you get to keep 10 songs a month :D.

Day XCIV: 4 things I fear rightly

These are 4 things that I fear but with good logical reasons... or so I hope



1.) Heights - I am clumsy and fall easily this one should be obvious for me.
2.) Death - Not so much the ceasing to exist but rather what if I have a long painful death sort of thing
3.) Getting caught - Whenever I'm doing something that someone wouldn't like (an authority figure) I fear getting caught because I could and that would be bad
4.) Mayo - EWWWWWWWWWWW... this is sooo gross it scares me. Also, when I was little I had to have it on my hair for headlice it was aweful

Day XCI: 10 "normal" things I would like to do in the future

These are things that I want to do which are part of a "normal" life so yeah enjoy or be bored if you prefer...

Trying to be positive. I have a sinus infection and I couldn't do anything today...



1.) I watched all my tivo's shows for me.
2.) I get to update my blogs LOL -this should be the top of the list-
3.) I'm getting better by resting
4.) I'm sad that I don't get to go to my basketball game but I don't really like the other team anyway
5.) Can anyone say facebook?
6.) My friend is sick too and I've been talking to her all day
7.) I get to watch tv all day (could be a disadvantage?)

1.) sleep - since I woke up I have not fallen asleep again
2.) killed myself - obviously unless I invented a robot to do my work for me
3.) feed my fish - I'll do it after I finish this post
4.) filled my tires with air - My car has been yelling at me and I keep forgetting
5.) homework - Don't have any LEGIT!
6.) made a wish - it's not 11:11 duh!
7.) drunk soda - well yeah whatev
8.) won a contest - didn't happen

Day LXXXVI: 10 things I hate about procrastination

I'm procrastinating my homework so I figured I would write this...



1.) Rushing - you have to rush if you procrastinate
2.) focus - your focus is on immediate pleasure rather than long term goals.
3.) laz-i-ness - It's a disease
4.) not getting things done - sometimes you skip a little to waste more time
5.) not getting things done well - You may do it but did you DO it?
6.) Once you start it's hard to stop
7.) The internet is distracting
8.) We live in a media-focused world
9.) I'll get to the last one later!

Day LXXXV: 8 things that air can flow through

Wow! this is strangely original but suprisingly lame!



1.) Beautiful streaming hair - the air makes it so much better
2.) Water - classic example of what air comes through
3.) PVC pipe - I'm sure this is useful to someone
4.) Blood vessels - this is the an unfortunate side effect of the bends
5.) Oil - well I guess pretty much any liquid
6.) The leaves of a tree - makes a cool sound
7.) Lungs - of any animal or sort
8.) Holes - it always finds it's way to other air

day LXXIII: 8 things that I did today

Today was a long day. Here were the 8 highlights!


(our spaghetti didn't look as fancy as this but it got the job done)

1.) I woke up - I forgot to set my alarm so my brother awakened me.
2.) I went to school - We had a super-extra-long drama class today because we only have 4 more practices or something and it took up all of my classes and I was satisfied
3.) I baked cookies - We did this during community service block (my school has one built in) for the teachers. Mrs. Bemis, a parent who is very involved in the school, didn't like my abstract cookie designs - they were sugar cookies-.
4.) I called my parents - They are in Athens... So I called them because there is a 6 or 7 hour time difference.
5.) I went to the mall - I went to two stores
6.) I bought shoes - They are nike slip on sneaker sort of things. I thought they were 30 dollars and they ended up being only 20 dollars
7.) I fed homeless people - We went to the salvation army with my youth group and made spaghetti for the people living the the halfway house. It was really a good time.
8.) I went to dinner - I was invited to eat with them. I would have liked to but I had already planned to go to dinner with my grandparents. We went with them to a chinese buffet and it was good. I ate all my food - including ice cream - with my chop sticks!
